After completing his Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kantipur Engineering College (2003-2007) he was involved in the management of Brain Works Learning Solution Center Pvt. Ltd., then Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solution as the Program Manager. Professionally He was involved in conceptualization and establishment of the organization as well as creating management & Technological awareness among the customers from academic sectors, government bodies and IT industry of the country and to organize several high-end training & support. Mr Jha did his Masters in Information and Communications Engineering from the Technische Hochschule Mittel-Hessen (THM), Germany (2012) with focus on biometric sensors and Matlab and Labview based project. He has been engaged as an adjunct faculty member at Janakpur Engineering College, Khowpa College of engineering, Kantipur Engineering College and Virinchi College. Mr Jha joined Teach for Nepal in 2014 as Recruitment and Selection Manager. He has successfully led team to scale up the recruitment by multiple folds. The recruitment team has successfully recruited around 300 outstanding candidates from the application pool of more than 6,700 till now. Mr Jha did his second Masters in Development Management from Asian Institute of Management in Philippines (2018). In addition to mastering the fundamentals of development and management theories, he was involved in Rapid Area Assessment of Pasay City (Brg. 186), Managerial Immersion at CARD MRI (CMDI), field review of community based enterprise in Tacloban (Funded by ADB and Implemented by Plan International) and management research report on preparing a strategy to improve the education system of Nepal. Beside this he has also been engaged as national consultant of Caritas Switzerland-Nepal school rehabilitation project. His interest areas are organizational management, leadership, strategy management, community and educational engagements among others. Currently he is engaged in Teach For Nepal as RSM Director and also is Founder Chairman of BITS Ladder International Pvt. Ltd.
